We ensure that every member of our team is treated with dignity and respect. FBM is fully compliant with Australian labour laws and industrial relations frameworks.

Our staff are employed under the Hospitality Industry Award 2020 (H.I.G.A) and we actively monitor all aspects of our business to ensure we maintain fair wages and safe working conditions for all employees.

We have a team dedicated who monitor compliance with HIGA and the NES through regular internal audits and staff interviews. Our audit process covers:

  • Wages & Payment Accuracy
  • Rostering & Timekeeping
  • Visa & Working Restrictions

Social Impact

We believe our responsibility extends beyond the hotels and properties we service — it includes the communities and environments we operate in.

Through small but consistent initiatives, we aim to make a meaningful impact locally and globally.

Fighting Hunger

We donate to OzHarvest who helps feed Australians in need. So far our contributions have fed over 2,500 people.

Supporting Locals

We Sponsor the Redfern Raiders – our local football club, to promote youth participation and community connections.

Improving Hygiene


We donate leftover amenity soaps from hotels to SoapAid, where they’re recycled into new soap for global communities facing hygiene poverty.

Restoring Nature


We make monthly donations to ReForest Now, supporting native tree planting & ecosystem restoration in Australia.
